So here I am, in sunny Stockholm, Sweden, starting a blog...
-What it's about?
Well let's start with some facts about me, since it's about me, mostly!
My name is Dennis, born in Sweden on the country side of "Småland" (eng translation could be "little-land" or "tiny-country") back in 1987. I grew up dreaming about being an musician or an actor, things don't always turn out as you think, right? Although I still play guitar and sing, I currently study in Malmö (eng trans "ore-island") in the field of business with information systems, more specific it's about business supporting systems and hopefully I will be an consultant in the field "later on". In just a few weeks I'm flying to Australia and Melbourne to study at LaTrobe University, and that's the reason for this blog!
I will be writing for my friends and family, and for whoever that want's to read about my adventures in Australia. (It can also be mandatory for us exchange students, although i'm not sure but why guess? wouldn't want to fail!)
I first wanted to start vlogging, but I don't own a camera good enough (yet) so this had to do for the moment!
By the way, the direct translations of swedish words is a spoof of swedish people with poor english speaking capabilities. Just so you know!
But anyways, the sun is shining, I'm in Stockholm visiting my girlfriend before leaving(she's working at the moment). Next week I'm going to my family in "Småland" (got a big family, five siblings almost all married but at least they all got kids). Man, I'm going to miss them all, but still it's just for a bit over six months.
Well that's all for now, back to waiting for all credits to turn up on my scoreboard.
